My husband and I are interested in buying and holding property within the greater Charleston area. I currently work in software, and my husband works as an architect. I began listening to the podcasts in early 2016 and joined that summer to network with others in this community and continue to learn. Experience: We currently own one property that is managed by a property management company, and we are in negotiations for our next. Real Estate Goals: Our goal is to purchase one or two properties each year for the next several years until we can cash flow what is needed for our basic needs.
