I am interested in learning more about the process to get involved in the real estate rental market. I am currently a stay at home mom, and have been tasked with the project of learning all that I can in order for my husband and I to consider starting our own real estate rental business. My husband is a highly motivated "fixer" that has always dreamed of getting involved with the real estate market ... whereas I tend to get held up with the risk factor. We are trying to educate ourselves in order to come up with a plan that we both feel good about. Our goals are to work for ourselves and provide a better present and future for our family!
