Amy Frisella

I’m a project engineer in construction with a background in architecture and experience working for both a developer and an architect. My day-to-day work has given me a strong understanding of how buildings are put together, costs, and how to evaluate properties beyond just the surface. I’m currently focused on getting started in real estate through house hacking, with the goal of building a portfolio over time. I’m especially interested in properties that need light to moderate work where I can add value through smart improvements and strong execution. Long term, I want to combine my construction experience with real estate investing to take on more value-add projects and eventually scale into small multifamily or development.
