I'm a 34 year old work at home mom of 4. Real estate flipping has been a hobby of mine for 8 years, until now. I am ready to go full force and do whatever it takes to make my real estate investment firm a success! I am not one of those people who watches a tv show and says "I'm gonna start flipping houses". This is my dream, and has been for 10 years. When my husband and I talk about what we'd do if I won the lottery, he gets mad that if I won $25 million I'd flip houses. He thinks why work at that point? I think, it's not work, it's a passion. I LOVE it and I'd WANT to do it.
