Hi BP! Amy Wunderlich here on BP, as I am every day! I originally joined BP, and the RE industry, due to my intense interest in RE. In 2015 I got my RE license in order to reach people like me: people who want to own a home in LA and invest in out-of-state turnkey properties. As such, I am a focused residential specialist with an advocacy for building wealth through investments and freedom through lifestyle design. As I personally look to invest in out-of-state turnkeys, I want my client counseling to mirror my practice. It is my utmost goal to not only motivate my clients to ACT (as Brandon always says), but to provide them with the tools necessary to create the lifestyle they dream of. I was born and raised in Los Angeles (well, Santa Clarita, but we count too!) and reside in the beautiful "Gold Coast" city of Santa Monica. I am an avid outdoors person, whether it's hiking, beaching, camping, fishing or seadooing, you will find me outdoors. My other activity-obsession is playing softball - I do play on a slow-pitch softball team but I am actively trying to organize a fast-pitch team so please let me know if you are interested!
