Andrae Warren

Licensed real estate professional turned investor with 14 years of experience. I started out as an Agent in Atlanta, Ga in 2008 where I currently still hold an active license. I purchased my first property as a house hack in 2007 and later turned that into my first rental property. Since that time I have performed dozens of deals primarily in the Georgia and the Midwest markets. I am currently investing still in these markets, but relocated to San Jose California in 2020. I am currently looking to connect with like minded investors in the BP community. Hopefully I can provide value as you do the same.
