Swiss native living in the US. My professional background is in landscape architecture and Civil Engineering which started in Switzerland and transformed to general contracting and Owners representative in the States At this point I mainly look to invest in SFR and MFR (2-4 units) in South Florida and Ohio with a Buy and Hold strategy. I am always looking for like minded people, especially in south Florida with a crazy coastal market, to bounce ideas of each other and to see what their strategies are locally and out of state. I am interested in BRRRR properties but have yet to get a good deal, also with hard/private money.
