In the beginning, I was just diving in and learning as I went. After linking up with a great mentor, things really started to move in the right direction—and I’ve been all in ever since. Now I specialize in helping both local and out-of-state investors manage their projects in Cleveland—from property walkthroughs and rehab estimates to full-on contractor coordination and project oversight.
