I'm a ex Computer Engineer turned investor Airbnb super-host. Digital Media/Tech and good vibes are my superpowers. I've done a ton of shooting, editing, and tech related drone flying fun stuff. I funded my first 2 family investment in White Plains NY with a construction loan and now we Airbnb the the 2 family property. We now have 3 units. I'm currently looking for like minded people to build with while I continue to build my portfolio. Walking this journey ourselves (my wife and I) and not having anyone in your community with knowledge in investing was definitely challenging and made me realize how valuable having a mentor actually is. I look forward to helping others in a time where they might need someone with some experience and knowledge. Making new friends in investing and maybe even someone who was a few years ahead of me experience wise would also be awesome. It's been about 10 years for me, and I've learned so much. I'm in the process of looking to purchase a few 3-4 unit properties while also focusing on scaling to larger multi-families as the next step (5-20 units). While I currently don't have any social media dedicated to Real Estate Investing, I'm working on some really cool media projects that I'll be able to share real soon.
