I am a new investor with a desire to help other like-minded individuals reach the goals they have set for themselves. For many the goal of investing is to "retire" early. Personally my goal is to use real estate in order to create freedom from my W-2 job and the time necessary in order to pursue opportunities that are more aligned with my personal interests. Being 26 years old, I am attempting to use time to my advantage in order to build something that will allow for me to reach my goals. Having played professional baseball for a few years, I am new to the workforce and hadn’t chosen a career. After some research and thought, I’ve decided to pour my efforts into becoming a syndicator. At the moment I am working with a mentor that has allowed for me to work alongside he and his partners in order to learn the different aspects of multifamily investing. Through this opportunity I have been able to network with others across the country in an attempt to find deals and investors that may be interested in connecting. In essence, this mentorship has started to expose me to the many facets of multifamily investing which I will continue to educate myself on. I also have the opportunity to help raise capital for properties that will be purchased over the course of the year. I'm actively seeking passive investors that may be interested in being a part of our deals. At the same time we are looking to purchase B/C class apartments with upwards of 100 units in a number of different markets throughout the country. I'm always looking to connect with others in the real estate industry including property managers, brokers/agents, lenders, and investors. It is my hope that we will be able to connect and perhaps help one another as I am always looking to opportunities to add value to others while learning at the same time.
