Rental Property Investor
My name is Andre. I am originally from Chicago, IL. I started my Real Estate Journey in 2007 when I bought my first duplex in St Louis, Mo. I didn't go all in with real estate until 2018. I scale my portfolio up to 7 properties ( 3 duplexes, 2 Quadplexes, SFH Airbnb and a rehab project) which I held until 2022. I have since sold all those properties and 1031 into three 6 unit apt buildings in Chicago, IL. I have a published book on Amazon called " TheEveryDayLandLord "
