I am a cyclist, hobby chef, and world traveler. I had just finished a circumnavigation of the world by bicycle a few years ago when a house flip fell into my lap. It ended up being quite a lucrative endeavor and a good introduction to the business. Since then I have flipped several houses and am currently in the process of seeking out buy-and-hold commercial investments.
