I sell Auckland Apartments. I was the No 1 Apartment Specialist in New Zealand as of July 2012 and left to re educate myself in my craft and start my own company specialising in apartments. I spent time with some of the top real estate agents in the United Sates to take my skills to the next level as I felt I had learnt as much as I could in New Zealand. It was an invaluable and humbling experience. Being the top in New Zealand out of 13,000 agents hardly compares to working alongside agents who are at the top of their game with over 450,000 agents beneath them!! I will be taking this learning and applying this to my already vast knowledge to benefit my future clients and employees. The Apartment Specialists will be a new and dynamic company where the client always comes first...... Sounds like a cliche I know but in real estate this important mantra is often I feel forgotten.
