About myself
My wife and I are 27 years old and live in Boston, MA. We both work full time jobs (not real estate related), but decided to invest a good chunk of our earnings into buy and hold rental properties. We bought our first property in 2012. Currently, we have 14 units across 5 properties. We plan on growing our rental portfolio to a total of 21 units (spread across 2, 3, and 4 family properties) by the time we are 35.
