I’m Andrew Bish, a Chicago-based insurance advisor licensed in Illinois and focused on helping real estate investors, homeowners, and professionals protect their properties with confidence. I work with my family's Goosehead Insurance brokerage, which gives me access to over 30 A-rated carriers. That means I can quickly shop for the right coverage at the right price, whether it’s a single-family rental, condo, rehab project, or primary residence. My approach is simple: I move fast, stay responsive, and tailor coverage to fit each property and client. I work closely with realtors, lenders, and investors across Illinois to keep deals moving and ensure no one’s left exposed to risk they didn’t plan for.
