I'm putting together my dream team for commercial real estate. Want to be on it? Are you at the top of your game? Contact me if you're very experienced and you'd like to partner with me on properties where I need someone experienced doing that specific kind of deal. Also looking for private lenders at about 50-60% LTV in first position. Ideally can handle small as well as large loans over 1M but one or the other is good too. Finally, I've got my eyes open for note investors so let me know if that's you and your note investment detail preferences.
