Hello everyone. Longtime homeowner, part time RE investor. Through circumstance I previously owned and managed a long distance rental property, but sold in 2019. Looking back, as a first investment property, I could have done better, but that's why I'm here. At a point in my life now, where I've matured in life and career, but would like to exit the "rat race" within the next 10 years. At the moment on BP to learn all things real estate investing.
