I'm a new investor that is eager to learn as many aspects of real estate investing as possible. My current interest is investing in a 2-3 unit home as my first investment so that I can live in one unit and rent out the next while I learn more about real estate. I'm patient and willing to find the right deal. I'm not interested in flipping properties as i'm interested in holding/maintaining for residual income. I'm a CPA so my day job is as a consultant for many fortune 500 companies. Outside of work I'm a personal trainer for student athletes and new investor.
