Andrew Bowlds

After completing his military service, including a 13-month deployment to Iraq, Andrew was recruited into insurance sales. Not quite aligned with the values of the employer, putting sales before client needs, but with a new found love for passive income and the freedom it could provide. He started an independent insurance agency in 2012, and continued on this track through until graduating from Indiana University in 2017. After being exhausted from the ever-changing insurance industry and direct sales, he knew there had to be another way to generate the passive income he desired - enter rental property investing. Initially focusing on fix & flips and the BRRRR strategy, Andrew set his sights higher with the goal of opening up the opportunity for passive income to others through education and agency. Euphoric Development Partners was founded with the principle of giving agents access to investment information and opportunities within the brokerage, so that they might further reap the fruits of their labor through passive income.
