Hi all I'm back online here at BP after a 2 year gap. My day job went nuts during the pandemic very busy times for finance reps. I have lived in Cincinnati for most of my life and I love this area! The cash flow potential is great here and tons of up and coming neighborhoods. My main goal here is networking and learning/sharing with other investors in the area. I have a duplex in Covedale and a SFH in Norwood that I live in at this point. My interests are learning more about HELOC's, LLC and partnerships, how to build up a portfolio quickly and effectively.
