I've been learning a ton from BP the past three years, and it's members, and in that time I've acquired 5 buy/hold doors, and completed my first flip! Currently looking for off market deals to BRRRR (1-4 units) in Bradenton & Sarasota markets! Experience: I purchased my first duplex in July 2018, and just purchased my 2nd in June 2019 as a current live-in-flip/house-hack. My 3rd and 4th units were from wholesalers, one being a BRRRR...sort of... no remodel required, just bought low and got HELOC on it from bank! Also completed my first flip, was in contract to walk away a great success with $20k profit, but appraiser whacked it with the COVID stick.. but we still got paid to learn on that first deal too! So I'm excited to continue adding properties to my portfolio and tools to my toolbelt! Real Estate Goals: I want to build up my rental portfolio to a level that which would sustain a secondary income equal & greater to my current salary before "retiring" and working full-time for myself. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking knowledge, best practices, and OPPORTUNITIES from wholesalers for multi-family homes in the greater Bradenton/Sarasota area.
