I am excited to be a part of the community! I am a numbers guy coming from a career in private client wealth management in Beverly Hills. I decided to narrow my focus into real estate (mostly multifamily and affordable housing) after I became disillusioned with swelling the accounts of the super rich while people struggled just several blocks over. It just was not for me! I am completing my Commercial Real Estate Finance master's at Georgetown Spring '21. Until then, I am working with a boutique property management/advisory firm here in Las Vegas. My goal is to bring the math into the equation and help our clients make the best decisions for their future.
