Unencumbered Homes LLC is a small and local family owned business that invests almost exclusively close to home. Unencumbered Homes LLC is somewhat conservative with leverage and in most cases comfortable with putting 20% down. However, we are only interested in immediate value adds. This "buy right" Gary Keller Philosophy is a keystone in our business. All of our REI has occurred because we live modestly, within our means, and pay ourselves first. We're fixated on using cash flow to purchase assets. This is a Rich Dad Poor Dad/Millionaire Next Door approach that has been natural to embrace, well before I picked up the books.
