My day job is owning and operating Car Washes. Through this I’ve acquired some commercial properties but not many doors. I’m not completely new to REI, have had two doors for almost 10 years, but never thought of myself as a real investor. After doing a 1031 exchange I’ve now got the bug to provide more to my family and the community. I’ve got 3 STR and 1 LTR and looking to add additional doors this year.
