Rental Property Investor
Two SFHs rented at the moment. Purchased a small apartment building in October 2018. Real Estate Goals: Long term goal is to own several revenue generating properties. Currently Seeking: Local RE deals. I want my next deal to a small (<10) unit multifamily for long term cashflow.
