Andrew Lee

I'm a college English/literature professor who currently owns three properties for buy and hold rental income (seven doors total). My wife and I are interested in expanding our holdings. We started in 2011 with a duplex, and have added a SFH and a 4plex in the past twelve months. We would like to purchase (and rehab) more rental property near Lee University where I teach. My wife and I are both alumni of Lee University and the University of Tennessee Knoxville (Go Vols!), and I am also an alum of Wake Forest University (Go Deacons!). My wife Esmerelda and I have three children, and the SFH was purchased as a house-hack for our oldest son who has lived there for a year with roommates/tenants. We are also looking to purchase a small multi-family or SFH in Knoxville next year so our middle son can do a house hack there while attending UTK, and also allow him hands-on experience as a landlord and property manager which he is excited to do.
