I'm originally from Littleton, Colorado but have lived in Phoenix, AZ for about a decade now. I was a pastor for about 9 years and recently made a massive career jump into both technology and real estate. By day I currently work for a cloud hosting company and by night, I real estate. Experience: I'm brand new but I've got a great team of vets. Currently involved in about 13 deals with more to come. We're focusing on flips but also have some MultiFam Real Estate Goals: Acquire and flip about 6 amazing deals a year. Probably do some wholesaling and some renting as well if the deal is right. Currently Seeking: Would like to buy flips in PHX and Scottsdale. We like buying at about 1300 square feet on a big lot so we can add a large extension. Like to buy under 300k and sell for over 500k if we can. Those deals are still out there.
