About myself
Hello all, Work in the NYC, play in UC. My wife and I both work in finance in ny and retreat daily to our Multi-family home. We purchased the home in 2015 and are new to the "being a landlord" game. I'm a numbers guy; valuation + modeling + projections is my focus.
