About myself
Hey BP Community! My name is Andrew Letendre and I am currently attending Clemson University. I love everything to do real estate and am in search for an investment property around Greenville, Clemson, Spartanburg, and Anderson SC in the form of residential units. I consider myself to be a buy and hold investor and would love to make connections with others in field! My Real Estate Goals: Purchase 1 rental property before July of 2021 in or around Clemson, Anderson, or Greenville/Spartanburg SC for a purchase price less then $175k Aquire 3 other rental units before the end of 2024 in the same area.
