I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and learned about real estate at an early age watching my parents, who emigrated from Germany, scrimp and save to eventually purchase 10 SFRs and some commercial property. I was active as a young kid helping to renovate and remodel these houses. Since them my wife and I have been investing in real estate since early 2012 and I now actively manage properties in 3 states. In the past several years, I decided to become a California real estate agent on the side of my career in tech and use my access to find great investment for myself, friends, and colleagues in the Sf Bay Area. However, since 2017 my focus has shifted to commercial multifamily investments. Real Estate Goals: Purchase at least 1 and maybe 2 multifamily buildings with more than 50 units this year. Sell off my current sub-4 unit real estate portfolio to fund future multifamily expansion. Currently seeking: Off market, value-add multifamily deals in the 50-150 unit range in any western state – California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington, etc. Passive investors who would like to join me alongside my investible funds to invest in multifamily.
