I am an experienced real estate Marketing Consultant having worked with independent agent/brokers, national mortgage companies and large scale new home builders out of the SF Bay Area. I have inadvertently done a live in fix n flip and recently acquired a property as another potential live in fix n flip (though my wife would say otherwise). Interest in single family homes and small multi families in the Dallas area (where my wife is from) and central Florida where I have some great boots on the ground folks.
