I am an attorney married with 2 little boys, living in expensive NYC (Queens). Have been reading and getting very interested in rental properties for passive income. Experience: Purchased a co-op in NYC (Queens) as a primary residence. Purchased a SFH in Kansas City, MO and two duplexes in Buffalo, NY. Real Estate Goals: Looking to buy turnkey rental properties, but not in NYC as it is too expensive and would not cashflow. Have been looking into Buffalo, NY.
