A few years side-investing in residential real estate. An accountant by profession, a part time real estate investor and married with kids. I realized there is nothing like a perfect time to get into real estate and decided, it is now or never!!! My goal is to build a portfolio of ranch-style multi family units, utililizing a buy and hold strategy with longterm focus. I believe, lasting wealth are built over time and not made in a week/month/year, hence get rich quick is not my thing. Andrew
