Andrew Ong

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY by immigrant parents that always taught the value of hard work. Received my PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) to become the first "doctor" of the Ong family shortly before turning 24. I realized that while my income was high, it was never guaranteed and I was not building WEALTH. I also realized that I don't want to work until 65 or beyond after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Now I am a real estate newbie interested in learning the ropes and absorbing as much information possible. Current interests are house hacking and multi-family rentals. Also trying to figure out ways I can contribute to the community. My IDEAL first property would be a 3 family in the NYC area around 2000 square feet for around $750,000 that can also be a 2 family with a finished basement (including kitchen and full bath for me to live in.) I unfortunately have high DTI so I am working towards getting preapproved for a $750,000 FHA loan
