Currently: My business partner and I currently own 110 units with 17 currently under contract . Personally: Fairly new real estate investor. Graduated from Kansas University in 2004... Goal (need a new one!): increased my freedom from being on an on-call basis for a W-2 (as of May 1 2019 I walked away) to being self employed. We reached our 100 unit goal(surpassed this as of April 2019), possibly add property management to our offerings and improve our city one purchase at a time. Probably move out of the area to continue to scale.
