I have been involved in Real Estate in numerous capacities since 1986, including Architecture, Leasing, Property Management, Office Management, Commercial RE Analysis, Finance, Corporate RE (including RE Information Systems), Notes Investment, Property Tax Abatement, Retail Residential Agency, and Investments. I was originally licensed in 1989 in Chicago, IL, and currently hold my RE License in Arizona. Having taken part in many Real Estate training programs in the past, I am here to continue learning, sharing what I can, and to apply the techniques learned through the folks at Nudge/Real Estate Intensive/Success In Real Estate for personal enrichment, enriching the lives of others, and building lasting mutually-beneficial relationships.
