Purchased 1st house straight out of college. Rented it out 10 months later. I thought rental houses was the ticket for a good retirement income. After 8 years, 3 young kids, Grad School and 4 rental houses, I was given a book that changed my life. The book was called "Hold" and it showed that we could actually make money TODAY with real estate!! My Wife and I decided that we wanted Financial Freedom through real estate and Rental properties was that ticket. We had NO $$ to do it though... We borrowed from her 401K and a personal loan from USAA to start Flipping houses to increase our capital. We went from 4 rentals in 2015 to 35 in 2018 and we both "retired" from our Day jobs. We have been Full Time in Real Estate Since 2018. In that time we have Flipped, Wholesaled, Bought Rentals and shared our journey with our Local Deal Finders Community. Experience: Completed numerous deals. Conventional, fix and hold, fix and flip, tax sale and rentals. Real Estate Goals: Our Goal is to continue building wealth and cash flow through real estate. We are moving our investments out of Single Family units and more into multi-family properties with a focus on 12-24 units.
