My name is Andrew. I am a cable linemen. I work a lot of hrs. The job takes priority over being a father and husband. I enjoy my job but don't like the limits it places on my personal life. Stage one of my goals is to be able to retire 10 years after my first rental property is acquired. At this moment I need 5k in cash flow to reach that goal. My end goal is to leave a little empire of properties for generations of my family. So they will not be limited on following their dreams in life.
