I am a father, husband, computer programmer and real estate investor on-the-side. Well, maybe 'want to be' real estate investor. My wife and I own three investment properties all purchased the traditional way of saving up. We recently bought a duplex in Carmichael, CA that needed some work and this started me on a journey towards BRRRR. I am very keen to make our money work harder for us and intend to start (out-of-state) BRRRR-ing in 2020. I am currently doing my best to educate myself and start analyzing deals. My goal would be to purchase my first BRRRR property in September 2020. My goal for 2021 would be to make four BRRRR purchases, assuming I do not totally horse up the first one.
