Professionally, I am a real estate strategy consultant and project manager working on both residential and commercial projects. I've invested in many real estate deals over the past 10 years. Currently, I am Manager of Real Estate Programs with Jones Lang LaSalle and owner of The iLiA Group. I'm responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet commercial and residential real estate needs and includes asset feasibility, financial analytics, market and demographic modeling, investment development, and strategic planning. Prior to this, I held positions of Project Manager with the Land Resource Group LLC, Real Estate Analyst at the William Warren Group, Real Estate Planning Specialist at DeVry Educational Group, and Project Manager/Financial Analyst at McMaster Group Ventures. Education/Certification: BA in Marketing & Real Estate, Marquette University/MBA in Project Management, Keller Graduate School/Certified Project Management Professional Designation (PMP).
