I am a professional in the Business Intelligence and Analytics field. I have invested in real estate before and I am looking to get back into in in my new home market (Phoenix). I'm really interested in finding any niches within the real estate investor market where my data, analytics, and process automation skills might come in handy. I have decided to focus in the vacant land area and am currently focusing on buying undervalued properties and flipping them or financing them.
