I've been a landlord and investor for 35 years. Now mostly doing buy and hold multi-unit (multi family) apartment buildings of all sizes duplex to 200 units. Occasionally I will wholesale a property if we have one and decide it does not fit our exact needs. Love to network with other multi-unit buyers and investors.
