My wife and I have been improving properties since 2018. We primarily buy using creative financing structures and matching rent-to-own buyers to the properties. This helps us create win-win-wins for sellers looking for higher prices, prospective buyers who can't get traditional bank financing, and our retirement goals. We've done a couple renovations in the past and are open to the right buy and hold deals as we uncover them. I have a background in residential energy assessments and aim to provide comfortable, durable housing to our residents. We completed our first flip deal in September 2019 before switching to our current business model, and bought our first rental property in November 2019.
