About myself
I am a licensed but reformed NYC attorney turned Denver-based real estate investor, occasional flipper, father of two by day, and musician/adventurer by night and as much as time permits. I own 4 multi-unit properties (27 doors) in central Denver neighborhoods. Until 2020, I flipped a few single family homes each year to build capital for the next MF acquisition. My focus is on continuing building my buy/hold portfolio of self-managed, multifamily properties while exploring other commercial RE investment opportunities.
