EXPERIENCE: I mean, I've watched all of the Bigger Pockets Podcasts...😅 REAL ESTATE GOALS: I have separated my RE goals into two stages: Stage 1 - Financial Security (all personal expenses paid for and work is a choice starting with house hacking and utilization of the VA loan) Stage 2 - Financial Freedom (Stage 1 + the ability to live comfortably)
