After purchasing my first starter home as a live-in brrrr I caught the real estate bug. This led me from being in the beer industry for 9.5 years to jump into real estate and real estate investing. I have sense gotten my mortgage loan originators license and my realtors license to help others obtain the dream of homeownership and help them make educated financial decisions. Of course, decisions are made a bit different between an investor looking to scale and a family just looking for a forever home so it is important that I really get to understand any clients goals before working with them. I have recently joined the FI Team as I believe greatly in their model. My father has house hacked for many years without even knowing what house hacking is so I have seen if for many many years first hand and the leverage and value it can add. I also invest both local and long distance so I am happy to share any partners in any areas that I have a network in! Experience: Realtor and licensed mortgage loan originator. Long and short distance investor. Lived in a single family house hack for 5 years. Real Estate Goals: Have a team of realtors, lenders, and like minded investors to master mind and take fun trips with all while growing our net worth and experience Currently Seeking: As a college student with a mortgage and college loans all that I will have is home equity and leverage to purchase rental homes. I don't mind getting my hands dirty but am not an expert when it comes to remodeling a house. I am hoping to meet investors, property managers, and contractors that I may one day end up working with on properties
