I'm originally from Austin, Texas but have relocated to beautiful San Antonio, Texas. I've been here for the last 4 years. A lot of the reason for moving this way was because early on, I analyzed the growth and development in this city and I wanted to find out more, in person! So here I am with no regrets! With a background career as a General Manager, Business Analyst, Process & Operations Analyst I picked up Real Estate books as a reading hobby, I wanted to learn more. There have been many along the way but the BP books, podcast, videos, and community only FUELED my desire to build a career in Real Estate and the more I read and listened to the more hooked I became. I love how it's data driven, something I've always enjoyed from my previous careers. I love numbers, spreadsheets, trends, & analyzing data, this has definitely been a major contributor to my success. Early in my real estate career I focused on Retail/Residential clients. Just your normal buyers and sellers, but as I began to dive deeper from lot/land it turned into new builds...turned into...foreclosures...then to rehabs...BRRRR...the list continues, but I quickly realized that real estate investing is my passion. What I realize now too, is that a lot of this passion stems from what I learned in my childhood. My dad was big DIY guy, he loved renovating our own home and I can assure you he put my brother and I to WORK on these projects, hah. I hated it back then but thinking back these moments are some of my favorite memories that have stuck with me, and more importantly some of the experiences that made me want to learn more about building houses. My first job was in construction on a rehab project for a hugeeee home and I remember the feeling of accomplishment at the end. Of course, back then I didn't know what I know now. I am an investor friendly agent, but also an investor myself. The reason I think this is important is because many non-investor friendly agents generally have no interest or understanding of an investors POV, but I do. I understand what's important, I know the questions to ask the seller because they are the questions I would ask myself. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions if you think I can help. I can talk your ear off for hours, but I love listening and learning even more. There's always room for improvement within ourselves.
