About myself
I'm a part-time investor/landlord with four doors and a regular 9-5. My short-term goal is to double the number of rentals I own so I can invest and property manage my portfolio full time. I currently own SFRs and duplexes in Grand Rapids, MI and I'm looking to expand the number of SFRs. Also open to a good deal on a well-zoned event barn in the area!
