I am a real estate agent currently and am interested in the investing side of the market. I am looking into wholesaling, fix and flip, and holding properties. I started getting my feet wet in real estate really young. When I was 14 years of age, my mom became a Realtor and worked with Century 21. I tagged along with her on inspections, looking at properties, and meetings. She then got into investing. When she decided to fix and hold I was there with her. She bought duplexes and we fixed them up together. I laid flooring, painted, and picked out stuff to put in the properties. From there I became an agent in Washington State. I practiced residential real estate for a short time then moved to San Antonio, TX where I also got my license. Residential real estate is not the objective here, investment is.
