Currently an Army Officer in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but I do my real estate investing in Fayetteville, NC (Fort Bragg area). The CO market is just too expensive and lucrative for me at this stage in my REI career. I enjoy the creativity that real estate offers and also enjoy bleeding from my eyeballs from time to time because of it too. :) Nice to meet all of you!
